Where to Eat in Cubao Expo

Cubao Expo is one of those places where time feels slower, beers taste colder, and food just hits differently. Here’s where to eat when you’re wandering around this quirky little pocket in Quezon City.

Habanero Kitchen Bar

Must-orders: the Habanero Three Cheese Pizza, the Lechon Habanero with Mustasa and Buro, and the Bagoong Rice. If you like bold flavors, Habanero won’t let you down.

Bellini’s

A true Cubao Expo classic. This Italian restaurant isn’t just legendary for its food, it’s also famous because parts of One More Chance (yes, the Popoy and Basha movie) were shot here. Look closely at the back of your chair and you’ll see the names of famous people who’ve sat in it. As for the food, my go-tos are the Pasta Arrabbiata (spicy, saucy, and satisfying) and the Pasta ala Rustica (comforting and full of flavor). Pair it with wine or coke and you might just forget you’re still in Quezon City.
